 30% of the original reservation fee charged
Cancelling a reservation more than seventy two (72) hours before its scheduled start time
 10% of the original reservation fee charged
Vehicle returned in unacceptable state of cleanliness
 Charged according to actual cleaning/replacement costs incurred, minimum charge of $350
Misplacing or loss of fuel card

Misplacing or loss of parking card/pass
 Charged according to parking card/pass replacement fee charged by the relevant car park plus an administration fee of $200
Misplacing or loss of car key/activation device Charged according to actual replacement fee incurred plus an administrative fee of $150
